Seller Responsibility
Post only genuine used or refurbished parts you actually have in stock. Keep contact details accurate. Respond to enquiries within 24 hours.
Buyer Responsibility
Contact sellers only for genuine enquiries. Inspect and negotiate directly. All transactions happen between buyer and seller — PartMila only routes the lead.
Verification
Sellers may apply for the Verified Seller badge by submitting KYC. Documents are stored privately and used only for verification.
Fake Listing Policy
Duplicate posts, fake photos, misleading titles or false stock will be removed. Repeat offenders will be suspended.
Platform Disclaimer
PartMila is a technology marketplace and does not sell parts itself. Quality, condition, price and delivery are the responsibility of the seller.
Privacy
We store only the details needed to run the marketplace: shop name, mobile, city and post content. KYC documents stay in a private bucket. You can request deletion by writing to support@partmila.com.
Terms of Use
By using PartMila you agree to follow Indian laws and platform rules. Posting is rate-limited to protect the marketplace from spam.
Company Rights
PartMila may edit, hide or remove any content that violates these rules, and may suspend accounts without notice for repeated abuse.
